Cherie's journey has taken her across state lines, providing her with a unique understanding of the relocation process. Born and raised in Morgantown, WV, she pursued undergraduate studies at Auburn University and later earned a Master's degree from Georgia State University. Over the past thirty years, Cherie has experienced numerous relocations alongside her husband and two children, including a move as empty nesters, giving her firsthand insight into the excitement and challenges that accompany such transitions.

Licensed in real estate since 2014, Cherie has a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. Her experience includes working with both buyers and sellers from diverse backgrounds, as well as collaborating directly with custom home builders, developers, and track home builders. Cherie is particularly passionate about assisting first-time homebuyers, understanding the complexities and concerns they often face. She is committed to providing support and guidance throughout the entire buying or selling process, establishing lasting relationships with her clients that extend well beyond the closing. Cherie is currently licensed in both North and South Carolina.
